Sport 45 minutes in the fresh air and strengthen your muscles by using natural materials and street objects. Conditional training, combined with muscle strengthening exercises, every class is different! The exercises sometimes take you alone, but usually together or as a group. We are in the park, but will occasionally look for other locations in and around Pichilemu. If you arrange a sports outfit (sports shoes and well-feeling clothes), we will provide a fun, effective lesson. Afterwards we also provide water and fruit.
